About SRIT India Ltd.
We are a Bengaluru-headquartered Information Technology and Information Technology enabled Services (“IT/ITeS”) solutions company offering digital solutions and automations of systems through custom application development and
integration services. We have a track record of twenty-six years in designing, implementing and operating digital platforms for Government entities and Enterprises in India and select overseas markets. The Company has successfully implemented large-scale, mission-critical projects for both central and state government bodies across India (Source: D&B Report). The activities are organised across three verticals: (i) healthcare, (ii) electronic governance, and (iii) telecommunications and broadband. Through these verticals, we provide technology-enabled solutions, system integration, operations and maintenance services to Government clients and Enterprises.

Delivered and installed the hardware, Picture Archiving and Communication System. (“PACS”), teleradiology and telemedicine software, conducted test runs, provided user training, and commissioned the application for a private healthcare institution, including onsite demonstrations and training for its personnel.

2019Developed the revenue and health enterprise system (RHES) for billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solution for a international healthcare institution with operations in Europe and the Middle East.
Delivered application development, implementation, training, and end-to-end operations and maintenance support for a government healthcare and social security corporation comprising a Hospital Information System (“HIS”), a Hospital Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system, and a Business Intelligence (“BI”) & Analytics platform, covering healthcare service delivery, organisation-wide administrative and employee processes, and enterprise analytics

2022Installed, supplied, and provided maintenance services for a hospital management system, including the Picture Archiving and Communication System (“PACS”), for CK Birla Hospital, New Delhi.
Selected as the system integrator for a state-level e-district initiative, under which the Company designed, developed and implemented the e-district application across 30 districts and has been providing ongoing maintenance support, enabling widespread digital delivery of citizen services through district administrations and common service centres.

2023The Company was engaged as a service provider for development, operational support, and maintenance for providing onsite support, technical operations support and software maintenance for 109 local bodies under the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, 53 urban/ local development offices under the Department of Town and Country Planning and 48 offices under the state-level industrial and infrastructure development authority in Haryana.
Established a branch office in Qatar to facilitate and support the operations in the region. Developed the AI-based intelligent transport management system ‘SAFE KERALA’, valued at Rs. 1,512.27 million.
Developed and carried out fibre deployment for a State Fibre Optic Network Project in the State of Kerala, India.
Engaged as a managed service provider for business operations for RailTel’s high-speedbroadband network “Railwire” for the States of Kerela, Karnataka, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu.
Launched the Qatar Health Information System (“QHIS”) project, establishing a unified insurance platform for a national health financing authority, including unified coding and claims-exchange standards, regulatory policy implementation, and a centralised repository for all insurance activities in the country.

2024Received a Rs. 2,500 million contract for supply, commissioning and maintenance of 4G LTE connectivity for 15,000 Automated Teller Machines (“ATMs”) / Automated Deposit cum Withdrawal Machines (“ADWMs”) of a public sector bank in India.
Entered into an agreement as the selected system integrator for enabling end-to-end computerisation of the core and support functions of a state-owned alcoholic beverages company, including design, development, migration, installation, testing, training and operations and maintenance for a period of five years.
Awarded a project for the supply, implementation and maintenance of the computerisation of forensic science laboratories in Maharashtra, valued at Rs.3,573.48 million by Telecommunications Consultants India Limited.

2025Awarded a contract for setting up of 43 Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Static & Mobile Karmika Seva Kendra’s (KSKs) to register the building and other construction workers as beneficiaries and to facilitate various schemes across the State of Karnataka.
Awarded a project for desktop planning, physical surveys, execution videography and documentation, including As-Built Documentation (“ABD”), Measurement Book (“MB”) and handover as well as existing network physical surveys in the Uttar Pradesh (East) and Uttar Pradesh (West) telecom circles.
Successfully deployed the Renaissance Health Enterprise Suite (“RHES”) hospital information management system for a national mental health and neuroscience institute, completing system study, design, customisation, and implementation, for both outpatient and inpatient services. Conversion from private limited company into a public limited company under the name and style of ‘SRIT India Limited’.

2026Entered into a memorandum of understanding with a medical products company for distribution of its products across India, valued at approximately Rs.3,500.00 million for Fiscal 2027 and Rs.5,000.00 million and above for Fiscal 2028.
Entered into a strategic incubation and investor protection agreement and a term sheet with Carnot Research Private Limited for a proposed investment of Rs.50.00 million for a 10.00% stake in Carnot Research Private Limited.
