Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂNew Age E Commerce Services Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on July 22, 2011. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂBlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on November 25, 2013. Thereafter, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂBlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Limited pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 8, 2024 issued by the RoC.
