The Company was incorporated as ÂCadsys (India) Private LimitedÂ on July 23, 1992 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Telangana. The Company was then converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to ÂCadsys (India) LimitedÂ pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited company dated June 8, 1995 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, Hyderabad.
