Our Company was incorporated as ‘Caliber Mercantile Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to the certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai on July 3, 2014. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to ‘Caliber Mining and Logistics Private Limited’, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors on June 17, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 5, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 29, 2024. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed from ‘Caliber Mining and Logistics Private Limited’ to ‘Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited’ pursuant to conversion of our Company from a private limited company to a public company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors on July 29, 2024 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 30, 2024, and a fresh certificate pursuant to such conversion was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on September 10, 2024.
