Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂGreen Asia Impex Private LimitedÂ in the state of Andhra Pradesh as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 05, 2014 issued by Registrar of Companies, , Andhra Pradesh. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on September 9, 2025, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 19, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, recording the change in the name of our Company from ÂGreen Asia Impex Private LimitedÂ to ÂGreen Asia Impex LimitedÂ.
