Our Company was originally incorporated and registered as a Private Limited Company under Companies Act, 2013 in the name and style of ÂH. R. Hygiene Products Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation dated July 21, 2016 bearing registered number 093028 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Further, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on December 23, 2024 and a resolution passed by our shareholders on January 17, 2025 our Company was converted into a public limited company. Consequently, the name of our company was changed to ÂH. R. Hygiene Products LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public company issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on February 10, 2025.
