Our Company was incorporated as ÂHy-Tech Engineers Private Limited as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to certificate of incorporation dated December 18, 1978, issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂHy-Tech Engineers Limited pursuant to resolution passed by our Board on February 18, 2022, a special resolution passed by our Shareholders dated February 24, 2022, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 23, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai.

- Setting up of our Pithampur (Unit-I) in Madhya Pradesh

- Setting up of our Shirwal Unit in Maharashtra
2014
- Acquisition of our erstwhile subsidiary, Sagar Forge Private Limited, pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation with our Company and its respective shareholders and creditors, following which we commenced operations of the Nashik Unit which was previously operated by Sagar Forge Private Limited.
