Our Company was originally incorporated and registered as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of ÂInjecto Polymers Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation dated September 04, 1998 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution of our Board of Directors dated February 26, 2024 and a resolution of our Shareholders dated March 27, 2024. Our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013, and consequently, the name of our company was changed to ÂInjecto Polymers LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 08, 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U28113WB1998PLC087875.
