The company was incorporated on 18th November, 1991, as a Public Limited company with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad and obtained Certificate of Commencement of business on 25th November, 1991.

The immediate object of the company is to set to facilities to manufacture Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic articles at installed capacity of 2000 metric tonnes per annum/ products to cater to local and international market.

The company is promoted by in-line experienced entrepreneurs Shri. Rameshbhai Patel and Shri. Kalpeshbhai Patek.

2008

-Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd has appointed Mr. K K Rai and Mr. S M Hegde as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. January 17, 2008.
