The Company was incorporated as Royal Financial (India) Limited on 14.10.1994 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat State at Ahmedabad. The name of the Company was changed to Royal Finance Limited and obtained change of name certificate on 04.01.1995 and obtained certificate for Commencement of Business on 21.10.1994. The Company is
promoted by Shri Ismail G. Memon, Shri Arif I. Memon, Shri Salim I.Memon and Smt. Shabnam A. Memon for the purpose of carrying on the business of leasing and hire-purchase bill discounting as fully described elsewhere in this Prospectus.

2006

-The Company has recommended a total dividend payment of Rs 0.445 million which is equal to Rs 0.02/- per Equity share.

-Re-appointment Shri. Ismail G Memon, Shri. Jogesh D Shah, Shri. Arvindkumar Shri Shri Mal & Shri. Hiren K Banker as Directors of the Company.

2007

-Company name has been changed from Royal Finance Ltd to KGN Industries Ltd.

-Dividend @ Rs 00.02 Ps. Per Equity Share as recommended by the Board has been approved by the members.

-Mr. Arif I Memon has been reappointed as director as per section 255.

-Mr. Jogesh D Shah has Not been reappointed as director as per section 255.

2008

-The Company recommended Dividend @ 0.04%.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1
