Subsequently Company's name was changed to RICHIRICH AGRO LIMITED and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 26.3.1992. The registered office of the Company is located at Bombay (Maharashtra).
The Company is engaged in the business of investment in Stock/Shares, advances and loans and is earning profits since its inception.
The Company is now diversifying to manufacture Agro based edible oil and Solvent Extraction of Rapeseed/Mustard having 200 TPD capacity at Mogra in Jodhpur District in the state of Rajasthan, a state known for highest cultivation of Rapeseed/Mustard in the country.
