The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 20th September 1989 and it was later converted into a public limited company vide certificate of incorporation dated 1st May, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956.
The immediate object of the company is to set up a sophisticated tool room having all designing and machining facilities for the manufacture of hi-tech moulds and dies of varous sizes with an installed capacity of 150 moulds per annum.
The company is promoted by Adarsh Kumar Bhalla and Raju Austin.
2003 -Finalises to enter into a joint venture with Mumbai based BPO centre managed by Redical Technology. Bags a Rs 50 million order from Technologies for Tomorrow Inc USA
2005 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2
2007 - Company name has been changed from KTL Industries Ltd to Koa Tools India Ltd.
