Ashok Organic Induatnes Limited was promoted as a private limited company in I 973 by Late Shri M.H.Kadakia and be me a public limited company under section 43A on 01-01-1976 and under section 3 in terms of special resolution passed on 21-09-1992. The Company initially set up a Mono-Chloroacetic Acid (MCA) plant with a capacity of 900 tonnes per annum. Subsequently, the Company undertook various projects in the nature of forward and backward integration as well as expansion of its original product MCA.
Presently, the Company has production facilities for various Organic Chemicals. Its major products are:
at Ankleshwar, Boridara and Nandesari, all in Gujarat.
2008
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel - 400 013 To 406, Sharda Chambers, 33, New Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400 020
2011
-Company has changed its name from Ashok Organic Industries Ltd. to Kumaka Industries Ltd.
2012 -Ashok Organic Industries Ltd has informed that Ms. Prachi Saraiya has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. November 01, 2012.
2013 -Kumaka Industries shifts registered office in Mumbai new address of the registered office is 209, 2nd Floor, Marine Chambers, 43, Sir Vithal Thakersey Marg, Mew Marine Lines, Churchgate, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400020
