Our Company was originally incorporated as “Kwick Soft Solutions Private Limited” as a Private Limited Company under the Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated March 04, 2005 from the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. Later, the name of the company changed from “Kwick Soft Solutions Private Limited” to “Kwick Integrated Forensic and Investigation Solutions Private Limited” vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated May 15, 2024 and fresh certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on July 08, 2024. Later the name of the company changed from “Kwick Integrated Forensic and Investigation Solutions Private Limited” to “Kwick Forensic Solutions Private Limited” vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated August 16, 2024 and fresh certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on September 16, 2024. Further, pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated April 07, 2025, the company has converted from Private limited to Public Limited vide certificate of incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on April 29, 2025. Consequently, the name of company changed from “Kwick Forensic Solutions Private Limited” to “Kwick Forensic Solutions Limited”. The Certificate of Incorporation is U72200TN2005PLC055566.

2005

- Incorporation of “Kwick Soft Solutions Private Limited” as Company

2008

- Obtained Certificate of ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System from issuing authority GICG.

- In 2008, Company developing an 3D Training & Simulator Software i.e Interactive Virtual Reality Crime Scene Simulator for training and proficiency testing of personnel responsible for crime scene management, for development of same company has received the substantial support and funding from the Ministry of Science & Technology, the Directorate of Forensic Science, and TIFAC (Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council).

2014

- Obtained Representation Certificate (ERC) in India from SIRCHIE Acquisition Company, LLC to solicit orders for Sirchie Fingerprint Laboratories.

2015

- Designed & Delivered Mobile Forensic Vans to Law Enforcement

2020

- Entered into Cyber Forensics division by supply of Software Based Solution for Mobile Phone Forensic and Photo Recognizer.

2021

- Entered into R&D received R&D certificate from DSIR

2024

- Alteration of Name clause of Memorandum of Association from Kwick Soft Solutions Private Limited to Kwick Integrated Forensic and Investigation Solutions Private Limited.

- Alteration of Name clause of Memorandum of Association from Kwick Integrated Forensic and Investigation Solutions Private Limited to Kwick Forensic Solutions Private Limited.

- Obtained Exclusive Representation Certificate (ERC) in India from SIRCHIE Acquisition Company, LLC to solicit orders for Sirchie Fingerprint Laboratories valid for 2 years from March 11, 2024.

- Obtained Government Purchase Enlistment Certificate from the National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC).

- Obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification for Environmental Management System from Quality Control Certification.

- Obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Service Management from Quality Control Certification.

- Obtained ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification for IT Service Management from Quality Control Certification.

2025

- Renewed Certificate of Recognition of In-House R&D Units from Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR).

- Conversion our Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company.
