The Company was incorporated as a private company under the name of "Momai Apparels Pvt Ltd" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of incorporation dated January 21, 2010 bearing registration no.199178, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Company was converted into a public limited company vide Fresh Certifcate of Incorporation Consequent upon Change of Name on Conversion to Public Limited Company dated September 05, 2013 and consequently the name of the company was changed to "Momai Apparels Ltd".
