Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂOrient Technologies Private LimitedÂ, at Mumbai as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and received a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on July 04, 1997. Our Company got converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company on August 25, 2023 and the name of our Company was changed to its present name, ÂOrient Technologies LimitedÂ, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on October 12, 2023.
