Our Company was incorporated on April 08, 2010, as ÂPaluck Technologies Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 08, 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana at Delhi. Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 27, 2021 and by the Shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting held on October 07, 2021 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ÂPaluck Technologies Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 22, 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana at Delhi. - When our company was incorporated in 2010, it started with Diesel Generator Maintenance Services along with power Generation Service Provider with Aditya Birla Retail Limited.
2011
- Our Company started services in Telecommunication with BSNL ZTE for passive infra-EquipmentÂs and supported ZTE operation in BSNL project PAN India.
2012
- Our Company got Associated with Kirloskar Oil Engine Limited as Service Partner
2014
- Our Company started Equipment Installation and Commissioning & Operation & Maintenance services in Telecom Division with ZTE India
2017
