Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, in the name and style of ÂRaksan Transformers Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated July 21, 1995, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh, bearing CIN: U31103PB1995PTC016812. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on January 30, 2008, our Company shifted its registered office from the State of Punjab to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with effect from October 15, 2008, and consequently, the CIN of our Company was changed to U31103DL1995PTC184910. Further, pursuant to a Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 26, 2025, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed from ÂRaksan Transformers Private Limited to ÂRaksan Transformers LimitedÂ. A fresh Certificat e of Incorporation dated May 14, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar, bearing CIN: U31103DL1995PLC184910.
