Our Company was originally incorporated as ÂSumax Engineering Private Limited under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad and received a certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad on December 21, 1994. Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated July 20, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from ÂSumax Engineering Private Limited to ÂSumax Engineering Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 18, 2024 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U74210TG1994PLC019032.

- Entered into collaboration with a Portugal based Company.

- Commenced operations in Pune.
