Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd. ಕಂಪನಿ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ವಿವರ

The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited company on the 21st January 1992 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad. The Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on the 29th January 1992.

Meanwhile, Polson Limited, a Company which is well-known for the dairy products, filed a case against the Company over the use of its trade name. A temporary injunction was passed by the Delhi High Court, thereby restraining the Company from entering the capital market under its former name. The Company has now changed its name to Dairyfield
Limited, and the temporary injunction has been vacated by the Delhi High Court vide its order dated the 26th October 1994. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained by the Company in the name of Dairyfield Limited on the 21st October 1994.

The change of name has been approved by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Department of company Affairs, vide their letter No.16978/TA/93-94 dated the 1st October 1994.

The Company has set up a Dairy for processing of 2 lac litres of milk per day.

The Company, at present, does not have any subsidiary.

-Registered office of the company is changed to A-306, 3rd floor, Krishna Complex, Opp. Devashish School, Off. S G Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad - 380054.

-Company has changed its name from Dairyfield Ltd. to Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd.
