Our Company was originally incorporated as 'Teerth Gopicon Private Limited‘, at Ahmedabad as a private limited company registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated October 10, 2019 bearing Corporate Identification Number U45209GJ2019PTC110249 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on July 31, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated August 05, 2021.
