25 ಬೇಸ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಇಳಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೆಪೊ ದರ ಶೇ. 6ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ರೆಪೊ ದರ ಶೇ. 6.25ರಷ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಇದು ಕಳೆದ ಏಳು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ರೆಪೊ ದರವಾಗಿದೆ.
ರೆಪೊ ದರ ಇಳಿಕೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬ್ಯಾಮಕ್ ಬಡ್ಡಿದರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳಲಿದ್ದು, ಕಡಿತವಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಗೃಹಸಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಹನ ಸಾಲ ಬಡ್ಡಿದರದಲ್ಲೂ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಂಭವವಿದೆ.
