YEAR EVENTS
1987 - The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 12th
August, under the Act with the Registrar of Companies,
Maharashtra at Mumbai.

- The main objective of the Company are fully set out in the
Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. The
immediate object of the Company is to set up a plant for the
manufacture of Chlorpyriphos Technical with a capacity of 900
tpa.

- The Company is promoted by Mr. P.P. Dave and Mr. J.P. Dave. They
are the partners of M/s. All India Medical Corporation (AIMCO),
pesticide formulators, marketing their products under the brand
name `AIMCO PESTICIDES'.

- APL has at present a 130 tpa plant for manufacture of
Hydroquinone (HQN).

- The Company is also engaged in executing turnkey jobs for setting
up pesticide formulation units.

-Government of India’s Ministry of Science and Technology has endorsed the
Aimco’s R&D Centre at Lote Parshuram, Chiplun as a certified laboratory.

-Thrust of the R&D has been mainly

- Process development
-Technology to manufacture off patented products
-Development of new products and scale up
-Improving existing process efficiency for higher productivity and for cost reductions
Customized formulations

1992 - APL has entered into an agreement with Berol Nobel (a subsidiary
of Nobel Industries, Sweden) to act as exclusive representatives
for marketing their range of emulsifiers in India.

1993 - The Company public issue of 19,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of
Rs.10/- each for cash at par, received overwhelming response from
the investing public and the issue was oversubscribed by 5.5
times.

1995 - The Company has issued 6,00,000 No. of Equity Shares on private
placement basis to Institutional Investors to meet the long term
Working Capital requirements and backward integration projects of
the Company.

1996-97 - NO NEWS

1998 - The company is introducing two new formulations in the India
Market namely, Chlorpyriphos 10% Granules and Chlorpyriphos 1.5%
Dust.

1999 - The Company is introducing a new Insecticide and a new Herbicide,
the process for which was developed by the Company's Research &
Development Centre,

- The Company proposes to obtain ISO-14000 certification, once the
ISO-9002 certification is obtained.

2000

-The Company has agreed to acquire upto 50% of the equity share capital of Hibiscus Het Pvt. Ltd. Hibicus Net Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of design and development of custom software, intranet application development, e-commerce etc.

2006

-Mr. Mukesh D Patel (Non Executive Director) has been appointed as Chairman of the Company
