Our Company was originally incorporated as “Kratikal Tech Private Limited” as a private limited company, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 13, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, having Corporate Identification Number U72900UP2013PTC060625. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company held on September 09, 2025 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “Kratikal Tech Limited” pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon conversion to public company dated September 23, 2025 issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre having Corporate Identification Number U72900UP2013PLC060625.Furthermore, our Company changed its Main Object Clause pursuant to a resolution passed by the Shareholders in an Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2025 vide Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Object Clause(s) issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Our Company’s Corporate Identity Number consequent to Alteration of Object Clause(s) is U62099UP2013PLC060625.
