Our Company was incorporated on June 3, 2006 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956, with the name ÂLe Travenues Technology Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies. Pursuant to the conversion of our Company to a public limited company and as approved by our Shareholders pursuant to a special resolution dated July 29, 2021, the name of our Company was changed to ÂLe Travenues Technology Limited and the Registrar of Companies issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on August 3, 2021.
