YEAR EVENTS

1936 - ATL Textiles Ltd (formerly Asher Textiles Limited) was founded.

- The company set up a spinning unit in Tirupur (T.N) with a capacity
of 12000 ring spindles. Which was later increased to over 33400 ring
spindles. The capacity was again increased to 42400 ring spindles.

2000 - The Company has changed its name from ATL Textiles Limited to PRIME TEXTILES LIMITED.

2005

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 8% on Preference Shares on prorata basis and a dividend of 7.50% for the equity shares for the year

2006

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 8% on Preference Shares and a dividend of 7.50% for the equity shares for the year

2007

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 8% on Preference Shares and a dividend of 6% for the equity shares

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs.10/- to Rs.2/-.

2008

-The Company has recommended dividend of 8% on Preference Shares on pro-rata basis and a dividend of 6% for the equity shares for the year

2010

-Company has changed its name from Prime Textiles Ltd. to Prime Urban Development India Ltd.
