The Company was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 26, 2021, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2025, the Demerged Undertaking comprising the Global Services Business of STL was demerged from STL into our Company on a going concern basis and in consideration, our Company issued Equity Shares to the shareholders of STL, in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme of Arrangement and on the basis of the share entitlement ratio set out therein.

2014

- STL Global Services Business is established

- NFS Project with the Indian Army - construction of exclusive Optical NLD backbone and Optical Access routes for defence network across Jammu & Kashmir; Invenia enters into Defence sector

2017

- Entered into Smart city projects with Kakinada Smart city

2018

- Project Mahanet under BharatNet Phase II for empowering rural connectivity - First citizen networks project under BharatNet Phase II

- Entered into system integration space with the Indian Navy - Country wide Next Generation IP MPLS Network
