ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 1ರಂದು 2023-2024ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಜನವರಿ 31ರಿಂದಲೇ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಭಾಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಿತ್ತ ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಸುಗಮ ಕಲಾಪಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದಂತೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಸಂಸತ್ ಭನನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವ ಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಸರ್ವಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಗೈರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಸಭೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದ್ ಜೋಶಿ, "ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ಹಾಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಮುರ್ಮು ಭಾಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಸತ್ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ," ಎಂದು ಭಾನುವಾರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿ, ಅದಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ವಿ ಅನಂತ ನಾಗೇಶ್ವರನ್ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ವಿವರಣೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 1ರಂದು ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಗುರುವಾರದಿಂದ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಯವರ ಭಾಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಂದನಾ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಬಳಿಕ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಎರಡು ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ಭಾಗದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕಲಾಪಗಳು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 13ರ ತನಕ ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ. ಎರಡನೇ ಭಾಗವು ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 13ರಂದು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 6ರವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.
